Refund & Returns Policy

At Empowrers, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our policy carefully before initiating a return or refund request.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date
  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable at the time of purchase
  • Gift cards or store credits
  • Downloadable or digital products
  • Items that have been used, washed, damaged, or altered
  • Perishable or consumable goods (if applicable)

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Email us at support@empowrers.com with your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and reason for the return
  • Step 2: Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with return instructions
  • Step 3: Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method
  • Step 4: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange

Please do not send your item back without prior authorization — unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout
  • Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the funds to appear in your account
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

6. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items of the same value or different size/color, subject to availability. If the desired item is out of stock, a store credit or refund will be issued instead.

To request an exchange, follow the same steps as initiating a return and specify the item you would like in exchange.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@empowrers.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the damaged or defective item
  • A brief description of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

8. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, the order may already be processed or shipped and cannot be cancelled. Please contact us immediately at support@empowrers.com if you need to cancel an order.

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the stated processing time, please:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before the refund is officially posted
  • Contact your bank as processing times may vary
  • If you have done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@empowrers.com
